Hot rhythms, Cuban laid-back vibes and a summery atmosphere – drums, tropical fruit and cold drinks: this was the scene at the ‘Havana Party’, a themed corporate event organised for the Qualtrics team in the unique setting of the Kleparz Forts. The event transported participants straight to the bustling streets of Havana, combining a holiday vibe and fun with the latest fashion trends. 

Guests enjoyed themselves both outdoors and in a stylishly designed covered area. The setting featured large-scale floral displays, atmospheric LED lighting, and a dedicated photo wall with the brand’s neon sign, which drew guests in for souvenir photos.

The evening’s programme included a casino, table games, live music and, of course, dancing together on the dance floor – all to the rhythms of salsa and Latin music. The evening was rounded off with a barbecue menu inspired by Caribbean cuisine, which fitted in perfectly with the theme of the event.

This is a perfect example of how, even for a smaller team, it is possible to create a unique and meticulously planned concept that will remain in the participants’ memories for a long time to come.
