Description

This event is a perfect example of a theme and venue coming together seamlessly. The atmosphere of the iconic science fiction universe blended perfectly with the industrial character of the venue. We created a unique atmosphere of intergalactic adventure.

As part of the set design, we created large-format backdrops depicting epic battles from the Star Wars saga, which the venue’s owners liked so much that they became a permanent feature of the museum’s exhibition for years to come.

The centrepiece of the event was a huge stage shaped like a spaceship, and the immersive set design, featuring numerous photo opportunities, allowed guests to immerse themselves in the world of Star Wars.

The musical programme featured live performances by a band playing themes from the film, as well as a DJ mixing iconic tracks with modern sounds. Interactive attractions provided guests with an unforgettable experience: a moving, fully functional R2-D2 model, races featuring remote-controlled BB-8 droids, licensed Star Wars pinball machines, and entertainers from an official partner company, portraying characters from the saga.

The unique space of the Aviation Museum, dominated by concrete, glass and steel, with aeroplanes suspended from the ceiling, created an extraordinary setting reminiscent of spaceships. Guest engagement was key – we encouraged participants to come dressed in costumes inspired by the Star Wars universe, which further enhanced the atmosphere of the event.

“Star Wars Party” is a themed event and a truly multi-sensory experience.

This event demonstrated our ability to combine elements of pop culture with the professional nature of a corporate event.
