Description

“Superhero” is a themed event that combines the world of comic-book superheroes with a dynamic corporate culture. Guests were delighted to slip into the roles of their favourite superheroes. They also created their own original costumes. For those who needed a bit of extra inspiration, we set up a professional make-up area where they could perfect their look.

Klubu Studio served perfectly as a base for the superheroes’ “headquarters”, adding authenticity to the whole experience. The event’s set design featured 3D decorations depicting heroes such as the Hulk, Captain America and Rocket – an eye-catching backdrop for the event and a great opportunity to take some brilliant photos. Pyrotechnic effects added spectacle to the event’s key moments, emphasising its epic nature.

Participants were able to try out state-of-the-art simulators and VR attractions, which made them feel like real superheroes in action. The event staff were dressed in carefully selected costumes – every element of the event was in keeping with the overarching theme. Attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the event – from the large-scale displays to the napkins on the tables.
