When a company has staff in Warsaw, Mexico and Amsterdam, a well-planned team-building event is a must! For SurferSeo, we organised a 3-day team-building event that combined professional content with a packed entertainment programme and relaxing activities.

The event took place at the Magnus Resort Hotel in picturesque Bystra. The programme was varied and offered a range of activities. On the first day, there was a professional session featuring presentations and workshops designed to develop the staff’s skills. The following days were devoted to team-building and having fun together. Participants had the opportunity to visit the local Pinta brewery and take part in an outdoor game, which allowed them to get to know one another better and work together.

Evenings, on the other hand, were devoted to themed activities at various locations around the hotel. Every day, staff members had the chance to try something different – from crocheting and relaxation gongs to cookery workshops.

There were also plenty of opportunities to have fun together with music, including a karaoke session. The event was rounded off with additional attractions, such as relaxation areas and arcade games, allowing everyone to unwind. Participants had the chance not only to develop their skills, but also to strengthen bonds with their colleagues. The perfect balance!
