[ THE BIG THING ] also features summery, laid-back and incredibly stylish events. For UPM, we organised an unforgettable garden party that perfectly captured the spirit of bidding farewell to summer. The event consisted of two parts – we combined fun with team-building. The first part was an engaging outdoor game in the park surrounding Villa Decius. In the second part, we transported the guests into the world of a lush, summer garden – where the food and summer drinks tasted their very best! 

Every aspect of the event’s aesthetics was meticulously planned down to the smallest detail – from the décor to the lighting. We used innovative, battery-powered EasyLight lighting systems, which allowed us to highlight the beauty of the garden and the façade of Villa Decius without a tangle of cables, whilst ensuring the safety of our guests. A welcome side effect of using EasyLight is the stunning photographs from the event, which the venue itself is now using for its own promotion!

We created plenty of photo opportunities – perfect for capturing the event on social media. The atmosphere was enhanced by some great music played by the DJ, which perfectly complemented the relaxed, summery vibe of the event.
