A two-day team-building event for a prestigious business group? We’re up for it! The aim was not only to welcome a new member of the Holding, but above all to bring together and inspire key brokers from across the organisation.

The event began with a formal welcome cocktail reception in the lobby of the Grand Tiffi Hotel in Iłława. In an intimate atmosphere, guests had the opportunity to mingle informally and share their experiences.

The evening of the first day featured outdoor activities: a get-together with welcome drinks by the bonfire, combined with a DJ set and a live performance. This was a great opportunity for participants to build relationships and networks.

The second day of the event was devoted to the conference programme. Following the official opening by the CEO of MJM Holding, participants took part in an inspiring workshop based on a case study of Shackleton’s expedition. This deeply engaging format enabled them to work together to develop solutions to the key challenges facing the organisation.

The highlight was a talk by Andrzej Bargiel – an outstanding Himalayan mountaineer and manager – who shared his fascinating story of achievements and leadership in extreme conditions. His rousing speech provided participants with valuable insights into how to foster engagement and lead teams to success.

In the evening, the guests sat down to a gala dinner served in the hotel’s banquet hall. This part of the event was enlivened by an energetic performance by the band Enej, who got the dance floor buzzing and swept the guests away to join in the fun.

#WINgTeam was an inspiring and team-building experience for MJM Holding’s key brokers. It enabled them to forge strong bonds, share invaluable experiences and gain the motivation to achieve new goals.
